So, I definitely just made acorn squash for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was delicious!
Cut your squash into four sections. Remove seeds and stringy inside. Score with a sharp knife. Add a pad of butter into each section. Set into a baking tray with a quarter inch of water on the bottom of the tray so that they stay moist. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Salt and pepper to taste.
